A user went to try to change their email address, and this is the error they got:

Sorry, UBB has encountered an unexpected, fatal error. This error is extremely abnormal. Please contact the board administration. The error text is:
Can't UNlock 'NonCGIPath/cache-(cache_pw)/lock/profile_lock.cgi'.
The user's email address was successful in changing, and it did email them their new randomly generated password. But what is this error about?
