That means either:
disc full/out of quota (which will normally throw a different error)
or (most likely)
It too so long for the I/O system to write to disc that the UBB gave up waiting for the server to write the data and threw a warning instead.
refreshing the page will tell you which it is. If your topic appears it was just a slow I/O process.
