If you've deleted the accounts, they won't be able to post any longer with that account. But their old posts will remain and show as "unregistered". They can, however, re-register under a new account and post.
If re-registering becomes a problem, you may want to look into banning emails, banning IPs, and possibly moderating registrations. (I believe Infopop has enhanced the documentation on these functions, see the
Admin Guide for details)
