I don't know if this is a bug or simply an arguably undesirable feature. The "problem" arises when someone creates a poll and selects "Force users to vote before viewing results" and specifies an expiration date for the poll. If the poll expires before you get to vote you're locked out of the results. You can't see the results because you haven't voted but you can't vote because the poll has expired. As an example, see this thread:
http://www.colorado4x4.org/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=6;t=000024

I missed the voting window so now I can't see the results <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

If this is how it was intended to work, could you please move this to the feature suggestion forum as a request for a modification to this feature. After a poll expires if the user wants the results available to all and not just to those who voted then there should be an option to do so. I like the ability to force users to vote before peeking at the results but once the poll is over I'd like the results to be available to you even if you missed the voting window.
