Ok, now the other thread which was meant to be in good humour and meant to catch attention to this thread, which is being ignored, has now been closed.

So enough fun now - I would like my ticket which is 3 months outstanding to be attended to please.

The best way to aggravate a customer, a well meaning customer and a long term customer, is to ignore them - this is no way to treat a gold license member.

Please do something about my ticket and please stop ignoring it and me.
