Add this:

echo ($profilehash == $user['U_ProfileHash']);
exit;
right before
if ($profilehash != $user['U_ProfileHash']) {
$html -> not_right($ubbt_lang['PHASH'],$Cat);
}
Go and submit the form you will get blank page with the form value of the 'profilehash' above the database value. They have to be 100% identical!
