Thanks...that was the problem. For some reason I thought the Directory and the URL were an either/or situation. You either specified a path on the same machine or a URL to another machine. My mistake. I put in the URL and downloads now work just fine. Thanks for the quick help and patience with someone that does very little of this type of work.
