#1 you can send them to logout.php and it will get rid of the cookies for them. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />

#2 Yes, this is something that will get done. Maybe 6.0 since this is going to be such a major undertaking anyways, but not sure yet.
