We just upgraded from 5.47d to 6.02 freshly downloaded about 10 minutes before 6.03 magically appeared (yeah, what timing :0). We got everything in place and running, or so we thought. As soon as we tried to access the BBS we got the following message:

We have not screwed around with any of the new 6.0 features. In fact, we don't even know what these Templates and character stuff is yet. All we know is that this is the same error that was reported with the pre-Friday version of 6.02. So we downloaded 6.03 and the problem persists.
We are dead in the water after two experienced hands have spent about 6 hours (on the phone long distance no less) trying to do this upgrade. We have been using UBB since version 2 and this is the first time we have been stumped like this. Our BBS has 5200 users and 250,000 messages so you can see people are not going to be happy with the state it is in right now <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> Please help ASAP!
