that I was being told to check the permissions. I instructed Dellhost as to the proper configurations and the ubb test script said I had all the necessary permissions. I will call Dellhost to reconfirm that they have been set.
Finally, I only receive the error message if I change something in the settings and don't go through the cp reconfiguration process. Once I get the go ahead from the cp script (after re-configuring) I no longer receive that error message.
You must remember that I am an extreme novice who is very frustrated, and I need a patient hand right now.
