When the forum Moderator has been on vacation for the past ten days, responses aren't quite as snappy as usual. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> Moving this off to the UBB5 forum for further support. (PIT is for 6.x only)
Head over to your control panel, enter General Display settings - scroll to the bottom. Ensure the checkbox labled like "Recount forum topics" is checked, and submit. Once the process is complete, try a prune again - are the deleted topics still listed?
If so, run a Rebuild Threads - do the topics come back from the dead?
