well, for the 3 users that are having a problem, I believe I found a consitency that's different from other member profiles. They all have this line:
blahblah|^|00000002|^|10-29-2001
(I changed the first entry to blahblah from the admin's username for security reasons).
Other members have something like:
20000826|2|000652|000006
Could those carets ("^") be causing a problem? My instinct tells me the admin name is there since I edited the member profile from the CP...BTW, what are those fields for?
