I just migrated to 6.05. What was a nice, stable, reasonable amount of CPU under 5.0 now is bringing my servers to their knees!
Under 5.0, the CPU usage would be somewhere between 0.75 and 1.5 during peak periods. Now, under 6.05, CPU is regularly running between 5.0 and 10.0, and a few minutes ago hit 60.0!!
This is totally insane! Why is UBB hogging all available resources??
What can I do to combat this aside from throwing more iron at the problem?
