Try switching to SMTP, if possible. SMTP will be able to provide an error message if something goes wrong. If your host lacks an SMTP server, please use the link in my signature to open a support ticket. We'll need to turn on some diagnostic code to make sure that sendmail accepts the mail without complaint.
