2 I would only sugest the Shout Box as an addition.
3 From my experience on other boards, members with any visible
"Warning Stars" laugh at it..
Then they want to know the in's and outs of why?
I send warnings via pm.
Not every forum has respectfull members,
there not all bad, but its the 1 that spoils it for many.
3 warning system,
I guess you would also need a way for the warnings to go down?
Manually Add a Yellow card.
But if no further warnings were added with in a time period,
yellows begin to reduce.
So if say you had 2 yellow (1 to go before a ban).
After 1 week it would reduce to 1 yellow
and then finally after 2 weeks the yellow cards have gone.
Its taking the the O i forgot out of it,
as you wont forget to bann the git !
