Hello,

Some of my members tried to get into their profile but couldn't. Instead they got this message

Quote
Software error:
/home/kafeneio/apopsi-www/cgi-bin/Members/pm_users/00000084.cgi did not return a
true value at /home/kafeneio/apopsi-www/cgi-bin/ubb_pm.cgi line 273.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([email protected]), giving this
error message and the time and date of the error.
I went to /home/kafeneio/apopsi-www/cgi-bin/Members/pm_users/00000084.cgi and the file size was 0 so I deleted it and the member could get into her profile section but her provate messages were missing.

2 questions.

Why did this only happen to 3 members and not all of them

Also is there any way that I can retrieve their private messages as they are all quite anxious.

thanks for your help
