For the most part, it's just conflicts in the order of operations...
For example, ever tried to quote a URL that isn't inside URL tags? It won't get autolinked... or if it will, the autolink will include the close [/] tag as part of the link, which then proceeds to bork the rest of the post.
Your data set inludes things in [brackets] and might be unintentionally catching one of the codes, such as the undocumented [qb] tag.
