When using the standard text editor to create a list, you only have a single chance to get a starting list-tag.
For example, after the first list, I'd like to start another list in the same post. But you'll never get another starting list-tag inserted.
Or, you make a mistake and delete your first list. Then it's not possible to get a new list started.
