v 7.0.2 - When trying to send a PM to someone who has their settings set to not accept Private Messages, there is NOT a message that tells you why your PM is not working. There should be, at the very least, a message that says, "This member is not accepting Private Messages or their mailbox is full". As it is now, if you type in the name of a member who is set to not receive PMs and click the add button, nothing at all happens.
