Well, I only make that much putting ads on my main sites (e.g.,
Scarface1983.com and
TheGodfatherTrilogy.com). The key (and the hard part), tho, is to have definitive site(s) about something popular, sites that have been around a long time (11+ years for mine) without much competition, and have good exposure in the search engines.
But from my forum itself, I get very little. Bunch of tightwads on my BB apparently. lol
BTW - I used to make almost that much from AllPosters as well (e.g.,
MobPosters.com), but that's been down to only a couple/few hundred per month (better than nothing, tho!
) I'm with Amazon, too, but that pretty much is a waste unless you sell A LOT of stuff (I don't).
