Finally gave up with
www.hostmonster.com It wasn't so much the time they were taking to fix it, it was the fact that their lack of attention to detail for setting up my account left me with the feeling a bunch of teenagers were doing the support.
Couldn't trust them to host it if the site became busy and really needed support. I just told them to cancel and credit back my card.
I'll just run a sub-domain on
www.midphase.com from another site I have there. At least they have been good with support for over 3 years now with them. At times the site has issues, but overall better than any other hosting provider I've been with.
