I like the Google Gadgets and I have found one that I think I could add a couple of RSS news feeds to and get some custom new for my users. But is it possible to incorporate this code into a content island?
I would post the code but it does not wrap and shows up as just one really long line that stretches off the monitor...

Now another question: Any way to figure out what type of load this would add to the server and the amount of bandwidth being used? I have an ISP who hosts my site and I would hate to get a nasty email from them or a large bill for using tons of bandwidth.
