You should be able to edit the NO_FORUMS key in cfrm.php via the language editor a link to the login page.

Something like this:

Hopefully those links will work okay - give it a shot...

In order to automatically go to the login page would be tricky, because you'd have to check, first, to be sure that no forums are viewable to guests.... unless there's another way I can't think of...
