I did get my message boards all finished.

I get this message when I try to upload new avatars.
Unable to remove avatar. Please check permissions on the files in your avatars directory and try again.
It is not allowing me to post new avatars or delete the old ones which are ick!
Could you tell me how to fix this. I have checked all my settings in fact they are exactly like my other website so not sure what is not checked. TIA Aspen
