Avatar Upload Storage Directory is the FULL PATH to the directory where you want to store uploaded avatars. It must be chmodded 777.

Full URL to Avatar Storage Directory is the URL to the directory above.

Max size is fine.
Height and Width can be set to just about anything you want, theres no proper setting.
