I shouldn't be so hard on these guys, but 10 years on the UBB Classic, (is that like Coke Classic?)... has spoiled me.
Ted spelled things out, from day one, and when something went outside the box, he was there to help fix it, and then update the docs.
I spent a number of years doing installs for him in the early years too, so I did run into a few things...
