Sure, here's what I'm using to pull in the 3 islands on my personal site:

Code
<?php
if (!defined('UBB_MAIN_PROGRAM')) define('UBB_MAIN_PROGRAM',1);
$style_side="";$tbopen="";$tbclose="";

$wrapper_id = $style_array['wrappers'];

$tbopen = $wrappers[$wrapper_id]['open'];
$tbclose = $wrappers[$wrapper_id]['close'];

echo <<<EOF
<table border="0" width="800" align="center">
<tr>
<td width="33%" valign="top">
EOF;
include("/path_to/english/generic.php");
include("/path_to/cache/online_now.php");
echo <<<EOF
</td>
<td width="33%" valign="top">
EOF;
include("/path_to/cache/forum_stats.php");
echo <<<EOF
</td>
<td width="33%" valign="top">
EOF;
include("/path_to/cache/new_users.php");
echo <<<EOF
</td>
</tr>
</table>
EOF;
?>
