When you use quick reply, hitting tab once gets you at the submit button, hitting tab a 2nd time gets you to preview post.

This does not happen when you to this in the full reply screen and send a PM screen.

I don't know if it's a html thing that can easely by changed, but some users are asking for it at our board.
