Moved Topic Island Issue. (See image)
Cannot post after upgrade

As you can see when you move a topic its duplicated in the "New Post" Island or Recent Reply Island.

Its still functional, but its a pain when you see them and you then you click on the link to find its telling you its moved, where the other link takes you to the topic.

Is there anything that can be done to prevent these?

It looks awful when you move a few topics with a director in place.
