I find it helpful to have a hidden forum for Moderators,
this is where they can chat and ask questions about
how the forums are run. Best Practices.
Moderators showing and teaching moderators.
And its always handy to have a banter / chat thread
in there to allow your moderators to let of steam
It also saves sending the same private messages to individual moderators.
