Moderator Permissions.
Personally, a method i have followed is that a moderator will earn trust.
They wont have access to members profiles "Edit Users"
And i only allow moderators to move topics at first.
If anything needs to be deleted its not, its moved to a holding forum to maybe be reviewed.
Remember a untrusted Moderator can at worst cause alot of damage
given to tools to do so.
Just be cautious, is all i'm saying to you.
A good rule of thumb is to grab a good poster,
but its only a guide, its not always possible in the beginning.
don't be afraid of getting rid of a moderator, if there never there?
They should be your eyes and ears.
