UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing Language Packs Request - Portuguese & Spanish [7.1]

I do have Spanish and Portuguese.
They are not 100% (admin part is not done at all) but they are pretty good for a working forum.
How do I pack and post it? Just zip the whole folder and upload as a message? or there is any repository that I should send it?
