UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing How Do I? Keeping Moderator's Out

Ok, maybe I'm stuck on stupid , but I have looked and changed everything that I could think of, but to no avail.

I have checked the permissions for this person and the only forums that are hi-lited are the ones that they are the moderator of. Yet, they continue to report to me that they have access to all of the forums.

Is this a glitchy or is this a scratchy?
