They're "registering" by visiting the registration page; there are specific pages they don't need to "visit" that can be blocked with some robots.txt rules (a copy of my robots.txt comes with my UBB.SiteMap script :ahem:)
But is it available for those on WINDOWS hosting or VPS and fully tested to work?
