I was thinking this harold, but she uses a subdomain, and I highly doubt people are accessing it as www.forums.canadianparents.ca (at least I hope not); but it could be a cause if they where for whatever reason...

I generally recommend against using subdomains for content on your site, as it robs your search engine ranking for your overall site as subdomains are treated as seperate persauna's
