i must admit it's not obvious.. normally a person thinks along the lines of.. "hrm... i wanna send emails out to so and so member set...", so they look around for something that would be like "Email members" in the cpanel..
it's not glaringly obvious to the casual observer that it's there and the only reason i stumbled upon it, was in playing around with html email format(s)...
oh, that and grep -rI "send_mail" *.php >whomailswhere.txt, kinda was the cheating way
