Other than having to reset a few controls after the upgrade, the upgrade itself went smoothly (except for the fact that the owner did not tell me!
). Quick Reply was off, Search had reset to default, and other very minor items. But yes, the only problems I have now are those two items. Stinks because when a user loses their password and cannot figure out how to use the retrieval process
, I was able to step in and fix the problem.
As I do not have access to the config files, could you tell me which files I can point the owner to?
