I don't want a custom island, or a post island, I want an html insert for the portal page.
Such as if i were to go to: CP> General Discussion (details)> custom inserts> Forum Introduction Body
By doing all that, I get a little box that displays everything I type in the "forum introduction body" box above the threads in the general discussion forum... I want one of those on the portal page to display above the "portal posts."
