Are there any actual "new" topics/posts in that forum? By default it only lists topics that aren't older than 30 days old. So if you don't have anything posted in there within the last 30 days, they won't show.
I'm not exactly sure why I have that time check in there. Perhaps since if any posts are older than a month, then it's not very "recent"
