it's in the ubbt_CACHE table
CACHE_FIELD 'max_online' has a CACHE_VALUE that you can set to whatever.
also there is a CACHE_FIELD 'max_online_timestamp' that is a unix timestamp for when that occurred.
just do an update query to what you want and *poof* new stuff
