I've read the attachments 101 and all my settings appear to be correct (including the directory permissions), however i still do not seem to be able to attach files when posting or full reply.
I cannot see anywhere where the file manager link is. All i get in the post options is a Poll Manger Link.

I'm running 7.2.2 - just upgraded from 6.5.3 this weekend.

Would appreciate a kick in the right direction smile
