Well, with the portal enabled, the default landing page is the portal; with it disabled the default landing page is the forum index; AFAIK theres no way to replace this.

In the future I'd like to see a way for the admin to specify which page should be the landing page (may it be the PM Index, Portal Index, or CFRM (forum) Index.
