You could just ignore those bounce mails
That's pretty much what I do. Accepting the way it is is also a way to handle a problem
A nice option would be to "never e-mail this user", a sort of e-mail address blacklist so that the board can never ever mail to that address.
Also nice so that non-registered users can opt-out of posts being send by e-mail.
