I don't seem to be able to register as a user in The Beast.

I get as far as the screen that says

"Be nice, be wise! etc."
I check the box to accept the Board Rules
and then click on Proceed.

The screen simply refreshes, the only difference being that my check
mark has disappeared.

Anyone knows what might be causing this?
