I was checking out a site from a contest on ubbdev and noticed that they had a block of content on the homepage that does not look like it is pulled from the news section.
here is the site:
http://www.matesupover.com/ How do I do that? I have been poking around the control panel and cannot find any way to move a custom block to the center of the portal page.
Thanks
