UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads Version 7/8 Support Server issues

I checked the logs. We have a few "unable connection" but not at the same time the server goes down. The issue based on the host company is to much processing. Again I question that because it goes down at various times even 3.30 am EST when barely any one is using the forums.
