Yes it's pretty easy, but not exactly secure (IMHO)
You have to give CMD.EXE full rights to the Web Service account which is rather dangerous if that service gets compromised as it can then run any command it wants to against your system.
I was going to look at managing that security issue some but just never had time to get to it yet.
