UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 6 Version 6 Support CAPTCHA Gone AWOL

Hey there, We're using Threads 7.2.2 and set up with CAPTHCHA thing turned on so that unregsitered people could post. I think we used GD2. Anyway, after working for a couple of weeks it's now kaput. A broken image comes up for users and in the control panel it says that no CAPTCHA options are available. Any advice gratefully received!
