Whoops, looks like I forgot one thing with the importer updates. Quick fix for now, edit the classic_import.php file and on line 47, you'll see this:

require_once( "../libs/mysql.inc.php" );

Right after that, add this:

require_once("../libs/html.inc.php");
require_once("../libs/bbcode.inc.php");
