This is sounding worse and worse...
I didn't mean to sound coy, but rather I meant to say that we do not remove individual threads if an account is causing a problem. The account itself would be suspended in WHM and you would receive a notification. At this point, it looks like either a code or user error somewhere along the line.
My members are discovering more and more
years-old threads that were particularly large have disappeared. They, and I, are not too happy.
Is there ANY possible reason for this??!!
